Dean Rogers
With 18 years of working at every aspect of stone from measuring, drawing, cutting, CNC machining, polishing, finishing and fitting, Dean is perfectly suited to running every aspect of our production. His greatest thrill in the job is to do things that others say cannot be done. As the saying goes, where there’s a will, there’s a way.

Andrew Wells
Our man in London. Andrew comes from a background in product design and cabinet making. He handles all the London work and is kept busy between all the site meetings, project sites, and sending site measurements and instructions back to the production facility. Andrew also looks after the teams of onsite fitters and finishers in London.

Deirdre Delamere
Deirdre developed her appreciation for stone through her studies in sculpture as part of her Art History degree. She brings a diverse professional background to Trademark, including experience in property management. As Office Manager, Deirdre oversees a wide range of responsibilities from Human Resources to freight and logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Karen McCracken
Karen comes with a background in business and marketing. She started at Trademark Masons in accounts but now works on pricing jobs and looks after much of our stone purchasing. She enjoys working as an integral part of the team in the whole process of choosing stone and pricing work at the beginning all the way through to the satisfaction of final measurement of the finished product.

Caroline Morgan
Caroline is a working mother and being able to work flexible hours was key to her choice for working at Trademark Masons. Not only has she been able to see her family grow but has seen the growth of the company over the last 10 years. Caroline looks after accounts and likes to tick things off her extensive to do list.

Henry Skates
The newest member of staff comes from an architectural and teaching background. He has worked in a variety of roles locally and overseas, and enjoys the whole process of design, drawing, making, building, fitting and finishing. Henry looks after international activities and health and safety.

Lee Fenner
Lee is a second generation stone mason and has been working with stone for over 35 years. Lee has worked on many prestigious projects across the UK and internationally. Lee is the most experienced stone mason at Trademark and enjoys passing on his extensive knowledge to our younger workforce. When Trevor McKibbin was just starting out working with stone, he too was privileged to be one of Lee’s apprentices.

Ian Ringland
Ian comes from an agricultural retail background and now works one of the bridge saws. With his eye for detail, Ian is now an expert at setting up and cutting book-matched marble. He enjoys seeing the fruit of his labour in high quality finished rooms featuring stone that he selected and cut.

Callum McAloran
Without fail Callum can be found under his mask, working in the not so glamorous polishing shop, where he applies his expertise to fabricate, polish and finish stone to exceptional standards. This is where the natural beauty of each stone is revealed, this is where the magic happens. He is keen to pass on his knowledge to trainees as the workforce grows.

Bailey Fenner
Bailey started working at Trademark at the age of 16 as a summer job and stayed. He is the third generation in his family to work in stone. Bailey also loves the creative aspect of the job; the challenge of working with stone as a natural material and figuring out how to get the CNC machines to craft objects to the desired profiles.
